Myst Yoga 30A

Class Descriptions

Hot Vinyasa

An invigorating and detoxifying, intention-infused vinyasa practice which focuses on movement and breath relationship. This class will strengthen and stretch your yoga practice to new limits. Expect to be challenged and move through artful transitions in a room heated with radiant heat panels. Accessible to all levels of practitioners.

60 minute class, heated 80-90 degrees.

Yoga Sculpt

A total body workout, set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class compliments your regular yoga practice, while boosting your metabolism and increasing your strength and flexibility. Free weights are added to flow sequences, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. This class is fast paced and challenging. Strength-training style exercises are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. 

60 minute class, heated 80-90 degrees.

Gentle Yoga

This Gentle Yoga class is slow paced, mindful and relaxing. Imagine full-nourishment for your body. Expect to move slowly through this guided flow class with various modifications. Learn to move mindfully and get more in tune with your body and breath. You can expect to learn calming breathwork practices and at the same time, how to stretch the body to find somatic release. This class will incorporate various props such as bolsters, blocks and straps. Accessible to beginners.

60 minute class.

Vinyasa Flow

Slow-paced, intentionally making time for clear instruction; this allows you to learn asanas with correct alignment and breath relationship. Vinyasa Flow focuses on creating space for mindful movement, as well as moments for strengthening & stabilization training for your body. This Vinyasa Flow class provides a whole-body, whole-mind strengthening experience. This class is accessible to beginners and all levels of practitioners! 

60 minutes, non-heated.

Mat Pilates

Body Poetic Pilates takes classic mat pilates techniques and fuses a unique methodology for a contemporary, poetic, cathartic and inventive twist on the traditional. With a focus on form and a flair for artistic body movement, expect to be brought on a journey of breathwork, slow-burn movements with weights/props, soulful guidance and purposeful music. You will feel aligned, toned, and rinsed. Body Poetic transcends a workout...it is an experience.

50 minutes, non-heated

Hot Flow + Meditate

Equal parts sweat and soul. A whole-body intention-infused vinyasa practice which focuses on movement and breath relationship. Expect to move through artful transitions in a room heated with radiant heat panels. Class will conclude with a heartfelt guided meditation and breathwork for clarity. Your body will leave feeling detoxified and your mind at peace.

60 Min | Heated Class 

Hot Flow + Restore

A balanced blend of movement and stillness. Begin with a heated vinyasa flow to build strength and energy, then unwind into restorative postures and guided relaxation. Leave feeling recharged, grounded, and renewed.

Hot Flow + Yin

Flow, then slow. The first half of class builds heat and vitality through dynamic vinyasa, followed by longer-held Yin poses to release tension and restore balance. A full-spectrum mind–body reset.
