A total body workout, set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class compliments your regular yoga practice, while boosting your metabolism and increasing your strength and flexibility. Free weights are added to flow sequences, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. This class is fast paced and challenging. Strength-training HIIT Style exercises are incorporated to build lean muscle mass.

This Gentle Yoga class is slow paced, mindful and relaxing. Imagine full-nourishment for your body. Expect to move slowly through this guided flow class with various modifications. Learn to move mindfully and get more in tune with your body and breath. You can expect to learn calming breathwork practices and at the same time, how to stretch the body to find somatic release. This class will incorporate various props such as bolsters, blocks and straps. Accessible to beginners.

Slow-paced, intentionally making time for clear instruction; this allows you to learn asanas with correct alignment and breath relationship. Vinyasa Flow focuses on creating space for mindful movement, as well as moments for strengthening & stabilization training for your body. This Vinyasa Flow class provides a whole-body, whole-mind strengthening experience. This class is accessible to beginners and all levels of practitioners!
60 minutes, non-heated.
Our Restorative Yoga class focuses on deep relaxation and holding supported asanas for multiple minutes at a time, intentionally combined with guided breathwork and meditation. Expect to learn how to release tension and stress from the body by using props (ex: bolsters, blocks, straps or blankets) in restorative asanas. Learn how to slow down your practice, get out of your mind and leave feeling more at peace than you did coming in. The ultimate body / mind reset.
60 minute warm class.
Yin Yoga is slow-paced and a meditative practice. You will be holding postures for longer periods of time (3-5min) to target the connective tissue/ligaments rather than focusing on the muscles. This class may include the use of props to adjust and find your edge more comfortably. Learn to empower your overall well-being. Expect to feel refreshed and relaxed during this warm Yin Yoga Class.
