Free weights are added to flow sequences, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. This class is fast paced and challenging. This Gentle Yoga class is slow paced, mindful and relaxing. Think full-nourishment for your body. Expect to move slowly through this guided flow class with various modifications. Learn to move mindfully and get more in tune with your body and breath. Expect to learn calming breathwork practices and at the same time, how to stretch the body to find somatic release. This class is 60 minutes and will incorporate various props such as bolsters, blocks and straps. Accessible to beginners!
60 Minutes, Non-heated. The pace of our vinyasa flow class allows you to learn asanas with correct alignment and breath relationship. This class will prep your body to be strengthened and stretched in fresh, unique ways! You will experience various standing and balance asanas, as well as twisting asanas with modifications! Vinyasa Flow focuses on creating a mindful experience for your body. This class is accessible to beginners and all levels of practitioners!
Our Restorative Yoga class focuses on deep relaxation and holding supported asanas for multiple minutes at a time, intentionally combined with guided breath work and meditation. Expect to learn how to release tension and stress from the body by using props (ex: bolsters, blocks, straps or blankets) in restorative asanas. Learn how to slow down your practice, get out of your mind and leave feeling more at peace than you did coming in. The ultimate body / mind reset.

Yin Yoga is slow-paced and a meditative practice. You will be holding postures for longer periods of time (3-5min) to target the connective tissue/ligaments rather than focusing on the muscles. This class does not include the use of many props. You may use props to adjust and find your edge more comfortably.. Learn to empower your overall well being. Expect to feel refreshed and relaxed during this 60 minute Warm Yin class.
