Join us for a special evening, moving & meditating in community. We will begin class with a Vinyasa Flow practice focusing on developing body awareness. After preparing the body with movement, you will learn and practice breath techniques to center your mind and move energy up the body. Ending class with a meditation to integrate all you've learned. Class inspiration is derived from many ancient lineages such as Kundalini Yoga, Buddhist Meditation & Indian Philosophy.

A systematic relaxation to access the healing "hypnayogic" state
This powerful tradition of "yogic sleep" offers a deep, meditative systematic relaxation that leaves you with a sense of wholeness and ease. Stages of body scan and breath awareness calm the nervous system to instill peace, while sensory and visualization practices offer a unique window to explore the pancha maya kosha (layers of self) and to plant intentions.
Did you know? 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra has been found to equal the effects of 3 hours of regular sleep due to the series of brain-wave changes!
Props will be provided. You are encouraged to wear and bring things that will make you feel comfortable, such as a pillow or blanket, eye pillow/mask, socks, or a cozy sweater.

With personalized attention, hands-on assists, and aromatherapy, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, allowing stress to dissolve and a sense of calm to settle in. Inspired by the theme of growth and renewal, this evening will help you release what’s weighing you down and plant the seeds for a calmer, more balanced you.
