Ayurveda Workshop | Self-Care Aligning with the Seasons
Join Jackie Walsh for a 90-minute experience where movement, wisdom, and self-discovery come together.
We’ll begin with 20 minutes of gentle yoga to open the body and ground the senses, preparing you to absorb the teachings of Ayurveda—the ancient holistic science of life.
You’ll learn what Ayurveda is, take a short Dosha Quiz to discover your mind-body type, and explore how your unique constitution connects to the rhythms of nature and the changing seasons.
We’ll discuss how to bring balance through food, daily routines, and exercise—so you can live in greater harmony with your natural energy and the world around you.
Come ready to move, learn, and leave feeling more connected to yourself and the cycles of nature.

Follow along with Olivia Brown as we sweat, tone & DANCE in this 60 minute high energy group exercise class. DanceFit is a steady paced cardio workout, set to a bumping playlist! Expect a fiery full body pump using weights and resistance bands, with movements inspired by jazz & hip-hop.
DanceFit can be attended wearing attire fit for working out, we’ll move on yoga mats barefoot or with grippy socks.
Bring a water and get ready to have some fun!

For those who hold so much space for others, this class is a chance for you to be held in return.
No previous yoga experience is required—simply bring yourself, a small journal, and a writing tool.

This pop-up will give you a sneak peek into our Pre-natal Series, Glow.
This class offers a heartfelt curation of movement, breath, and opportunities for connection with self and others. All are welcome, no matter the season of life you’re in; no prior yoga experience is needed.
So come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, nurtured, and held by a wonderful community.

Grow is a 5-week yoga series to help you feel nurtured, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself (and your baby) during pregnancy. Through guided breath, mindful movement, and heartfelt conversation, you’ll learn to support your changing body and nourish your nervous system as you prepare for birth.
Interwoven into the class are moments of connection — offering each participant a chance to reflect, share, or simply listen. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, supported, and part of a growing community. All trimesters are welcome; no prior yoga experience is needed.
